Located in the peaceful suburban area of San Salvador, just a convenient 15-minute drive from the airport, these wooden cabin beach residences offer an exclusive blend of rustic charm and modern luxury. Designed as luxury vacation homes and serviced apartments, the development provides an idyllic escape for both short-term renters and long-term buyers, combining the serenity of nature with sophisticated living.
Site and Layout
The community is situated on a gently sloping site with picturesque views of the coastline. The residences are thoughtfully arranged among lush tropical landscaping to offer privacy while maintaining a sense of connection among homeowners and residents. Meandering pathways shaded by native trees lead to shared facilities, including a wellness pavilion, infinity pool, and beachfront gathering spaces.
Architecture
Each residence is crafted from sustainably sourced wood, seamlessly blending with the natural surroundings. The architectural style takes inspiration from minimalist tropical design, with clean lines, open spaces, and a focus on natural materials. High-pitched roofs with deep overhangs provide ample shade, while expansive sliding glass doors and private decks blur the boundary between indoor and outdoor living.
Interior Design
The interiors exude understated elegance, with earthy tones and light, airy finishes. Exposed wooden beams, polished concrete floors, and rattan furnishings create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Each residence includes spacious layouts with modern kitchens, luxurious bathrooms, and private outdoor terraces featuring amenities like hammocks or plunge pools, offering uninterrupted views of the surrounding greenery or ocean horizon.

In collaboration with our business partner Jaakko Kaijala, a pioneer in innovative energy solutions, we are incorporating a Bitcoin mining facility as part of the resort's energy strategy. Drawing from his expertise in mining Bitcoin using waste heat and flexible operations, the resort will harness thermal energy generated during mining to power various amenities and systems. This innovative approach not only minimizes energy waste but also creates an alternative revenue stream, supporting the resort’s financial and environmental goals.
Additional sustainability features include solar panels, rainwater harvesting systems, and passive cooling techniques. By leveraging local materials and eco-friendly construction methods, the resort ensures a low environmental footprint while maintaining a connection to the region’s cultural and natural heritage.
