JAKUPSIL

Jakupsil 작업실 is the Korean term for a studio, atelier, or laboratory—a transdisciplinary space dedicated to the processes of making, spanning art, architecture, and cultural production. Rooted in both physical construction and conceptual inquiry, Jakupsil members activate vacant spaces through exhibitions, spatial interventions, and artist-led initiatives that blur the boundaries between studio, site, and narrative. Our mission is to expand the scope of architectural and curatorial practice by integrating multiple disciplines, with a particular focus on art, real estate, and regulatory frameworks.

In parallel, we offer architectural services across all phases—from concept and feasibility to construction documentation and administration. These services are delivered through collaborative models, combining the expertise of our in-house team with a trusted network of affiliates. With over two decades of experience across their respective fields, our affiliates primarily serve the Tri-State area. Jakupsil ensures a seamless and tailored experience throughout each phase. Our team includes licensed architects, real estate professionals, and gallerists based in both the U.S. and Korea.
