JAKUPSIL
Jakupsil 작업실 is the Korean term for a studio, atelier, or laboratory—a space dedicated to exploring and testing design methodologies. Our mission is to expand the scope of architectural practice by integrating multiple disciplines, with a particular focus on art, real estate, and regulatory compliance. We engage in all stages of architectural services, from concept development and feasibility studies to construction documentation and administration. We also assist with real and personal property transactions and provide art consultations for both residential and commercial projects.
Services are delivered through collaborations, combining the expertise of our in-house team with a network of trusted affiliates. With over two decades of experience in their respective fields, our affiliates primarily serve the Tri-State area. Every phase of the process is carefully managed to ensure a seamless, customized experience. The Jakupsil team includes licensed architects, real estate professionals, and gallerists based in both the US and Korea.
